02Data the app collects

None. The Loose Lips app works fully offline and does not send any information to us or to third parties. Specifically:

• We do not collect your name, e-mail, phone number, contacts, photos or location.
• We do not use analytics, advertising identifiers, cookies or third-party trackers in the app.
• We do not create user accounts. There is nothing to sign up for.

Player names and your game settings (for example which modes you unlocked) are stored locally on your device using standard device storage. They never leave your phone. Deleting the app removes them.

03Purchases

Loose Lips offers a single one-time in-app purchase (“Full Access”). Payments are processed entirely by Apple (the App Store), acting as the merchant of record. We never see or receive your payment card details, billing address or Apple account information. Apple handles that data under its own privacy policy:

Your purchase is validated on your device through the platform’s standard receipt mechanism, which is why “Restore Purchases” works without an account.

04Data the website collects

This website is a simple informational site. We do not run advertising trackers on it. If you choose to e-mail us, we process the e-mail address and the content of your message solely to answer you. We keep such correspondence only as long as needed to handle your request.

Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (IP address, browser type, time of request) for security and troubleshooting, as is normal for any website.

05Sharing

We do not sell, rent or share personal information. Because the app collects nothing, there is nothing to share. For website correspondence, we may rely on our e-mail and hosting providers acting on our behalf.

06Children

Loose Lips is an adult party game and is not directed to children. It is rated for mature audiences (17+) and is not intended for anyone under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

07California privacy rights

If you are a California resident, the CCPA/CPRA gives you the right to know what personal information is collected, to request deletion, to correct it, and to opt out of “sale” or “sharing” of personal information.

We do not sell or share personal information, and we do not collect personal information through the app. In the last 12 months we have not sold or shared any personal information. You may still contact us to exercise your rights regarding any e-mail correspondence you sent us; we will not discriminate against you for doing so.

08International users

We are based in Poland (European Union). If you contact us by e-mail, that correspondence is processed in the EU, where data protection laws (GDPR) apply. Since the app itself transmits no data, using the app does not involve any international transfer of your information.

09Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be announced on this page.
