01Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and PART-WEB (see contact details below), the publisher of the Loose Lips app and this website. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

02Age requirement

Loose Lips contains mature themes intended for adults. It is rated 17+ and you must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to use it. Do not use the app if you are a minor.

03Your license to use the app

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Loose Lips on devices you own or control, for your own private, non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, sell, sublicense, rent, reverse-engineer or redistribute the app or its question content, or use it in a commercial or public performance setting without our written permission.

04Content and responsible play

The questions in the app are provided for entertainment purposes only. They are not advice of any kind (medical, psychological, legal or otherwise).

Participation is voluntary. You and the other players decide what to answer, what to skip, and what rules or dares you apply. Nobody is ever obliged to answer any question. Anything you choose to disclose is your own decision, and any consequences of playing - social, personal or otherwise - are your responsibility. Please play with respect for everyone in the room.

05Purchases and refunds

The app is free to download. It includes one optional one-time in-app purchase, Full Access ($9.99), which unlocks all game modes and future paid features permanently. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.

All purchases are processed by Apple (the App Store). Prices shown in the store at the time of purchase apply and may vary by country and taxes.

Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us, under their own policies. To request a refund, use reportaproblem.apple.com (Apple). You can restore a previous purchase at any time using the “Restore Purchases” option in the app.

06Intellectual property

All rights to the app, its questions, artwork, name, logo and this website belong to PART-WEB or its licensors. Nothing in these terms transfers any of those rights to you.

07Disclaimer of warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.

08Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PART-WEB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE APP. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app shall not exceed the amount you actually paid for it.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of the above may not apply to you.

09Apple

These terms are between you and PART-WEB only - not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, and have no obligation to provide support for it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you. Your use of the app must also comply with the applicable App Store terms of service.

10Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the “Last updated” date above will change accordingly. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the new terms.
